PrTMS
PrTMS® may help optimize human performance in professional, academic, and athletic fields – and more.
What is PrTMS?
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. Personalized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS®) utilizes a proprietary, patented protocol for developing personalized treatment plans which are verified and approved by a qualified PrTMS® provider.
These plans provide recommendations for the delivery of low amplitude, non-invasive magnetic energy pulses, personalized to the patient.

HOW PrTMS WORKS
PrTMS® incorporates an assessment of a patient’s unique brain electrical patterns to construct an image of neuronal communication activity.
Qualitative and quantitative patient data are then used to create a neuromodulation treatment plan tailored specifically to that patient, which is then verified and approved by a qualified PrTMS® provider.
Understanding TMS therapy
TMS is a drug-free, non-invasive therapy that has been evolving and advancing for decades. TMS treatment uses magnetic pulses to stimulate electrical activity in the brain’s neurons.
Non-personalized versions of this therapy have been cleared by the FDA for use in treating a limited number of conditions, including Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and pain associated with certain migraine headaches.
Understanding your brain
To understand PrTMS®, it’s helpful to understand how brainwaves work and what they do. Your brain contains billions of nerve cells, known as neurons. Neurons are arranged in patterns throughout your brain which correspond to different functions, such as emotion, memory, and physical activity. These neurons communicate with each other electrochemically, which results in rhythmic or repetitive patterns, known as brainwaves.
PeakInput™:
EEG and Patient Neurocognitive Data Collection
PeakInput™ is a functional measurement process that evaluates a patient’s brain health.
The EEG device takes a recording in less than 5 minutes — without the use of wires or gels. It simultaneously records activity in 19 different functional regions of the brain that control different activities, emotions, and skills. This provides objective, quantitative brain function data, which is used to create a dose-optimized treatment plan.
Neurocognitive tests and diagnostic surveys are also administered, based on patient symptoms and according to the physician’s clinical judgement. This provides key qualitative data that can be used in conjunction with the EEG results to evaluate and monitor patient progress.
PeakLogic® Tx™:
Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analysis
The results of the biometric data collected in step 1 help reveal a complete picture of a patient’s brain health.
A PrTMS® treatment plan designed to restore brain wave synchronicity is then generated — tailored specifically to that patient’s unique brain mapping. This treatment plan is verified and approved by a qualified PrTMS® provider before being implemented.
PrTMS® Therapy Delivery
PrTMS® therapy is delivered to the patient according to the treatment protocol developed in step 2.
The PeakInput™ reassessment process is repeated approximately once every 5 sessions to allow the PrTMS® provider to monitor patient response to treatment and optimize therapy.
Treatment therapy is given 5 days per week and typically takes a minimum of 36 treatments to achieve peak performance. Patients remain on treatment according to the physician’s medical judgment.
